We Move People.
Our work is handcrafted with soul by people with empathy, attentiveness, and genuine care.
We hired them for the degrees they earned using human intelligence, not AI, and their growth mindset. We are led by an attorney and a paralegal who work in the office, generally M-F, and who hold us to high standards in everything we do.
Ryan Rafoth
CHIEF ATTORNEY
Our chief attorney, Ryan Rafoth, sets the tone for our decision-making framework, and the agenda for the camaraderie that is the heart beat of our culture. When he defies our own convention or “disrupts us,” we grow and become stronger. He believes a personal relationship is the key to every successful business relationship.
Relationship building, critical thinking and smoking meats are his superpowers, and he believes that the best way to recharge at lunch is over brisket and a cold IPA with his team.
Elizabeth Paschall
CHIEF OF STAFF
Our chief of staff, Elizabeth Paschall, promotes accuracy, transparency, and uniformity in our work. She’s incredibly thorough. We believe her superpowers are discipline, uncanny resilience, grace under pressure, and her smile.
She enjoys a team huddle with a hot latte after an early morning run with friends to start the day, and she believes those little rituals fuel the focus and collaboration she strives to bring to work with her every day.
Windmill Title Team
PARALEGALS
A polished, informed, astute, humble, and classily dressed team of paralegals—Dora, Sydney, Lynn and Katy— round out the team and support all aspects of our mission. We’ve been incredibly fortunate to find people whose talents, personalities and strengths complement one another so naturally, creating a team that is as effective as it is enjoyable to work alongside.
COLLABORATE WITH US
We encourage our clients to think of us as a resource in your decision-making. We invite you to engage with us openly and curiously—rooted in the notion that decision-making is more an art than a science—and two heads are better than one.
Realtors, we're eager to share and apply our decision-making framework with you. We start by unearthing all relevant information, then we frame and refine the question, and finally we identify possible ways forward.
