Ryan Rafoth

Ryan RafothRyan Rafoth is the founder and owner of Windmill Title. Ryan strives to make all customers feel special and to provide thoughtful and articulate responses to their questions and concerns. Ryan was born and raised in Augusta, Georgia, then attended the University of South Carolina where he obtained a degree in accounting. He moved to Nashville in 1997 to obtain his law degree at Vanderbilt University Law School, then worked at law firm in Nashville in various areas of practice for several years before forming a successful solo practice and opening Windmill Title in 2005. Ryan and his wife, Jennifer, live in the Grassland area of Franklin with their two daughters. He enjoys listening to bluegrass and country music, photography, cooking, bird hunting, striped bass fishing, mountain biking, and all kinds of activities with his family.

Dora Mobley

Dora MobleyDora Mobley is the Production Director for Windmill Title. Dora manages our office systems and our transactions, and conducts closings as well. She holds a BA with a double major in Business Administration and Psychology from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, Georgia. Dora came to Windmill Title from Golden, Colorado in 2012 with a wide variety of experience in the real estate industry, since 1998, including processing and closing for title companies as well as processing and originating mortgages. She also spent several years implementing transaction management solutions for real estate agents. She enjoys spending time with her children exploring Tennessee and the south, being a football mom, shopping with a new teenager, music, reading, yoga and activities that get her outdoors.

Cheryl Dillon

Cheryl DillonCheryl Dillon is the Real Estate Paralegal for Windmill Title. Cheryl is known for her hands on approach in working with our customers to manage their transactions with utmost professionalism and care. She holds a paralegal certificate from Indiana University in Indianapolis, Indiana. She joined Windmill Title in 2012 with experience in loan origination and fulfillment, following 15 years in the legal field working with attorneys in estate planning, real estate law and corporate law. Cheryl is an Indiana native, but has made Tennessee her home for the past 13 years, where she and her husband are raising their 2 children. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her husband and family, reading, gardening, cooking, volleyball, and being a community volunteer.
